Brigitta Loretan’s motivation:

In general, the interest in foreign cultures and people (i love to travel!), specifically the need to give gifted motivated people access to comprehensive education. Education creates new perspectives for the future, knowledge promotes the chances of a satisfying, active life in work and society. This is my great concern, which is in line with the ethical foundations of UECD!

The financial and personal support of my first university student Beatrice, within the framework of the UECD project, contributes specifically to the appropriate advancement of this young woman who, in her cultural environment in Uganda, does not have the means to develop according to her abilities. It is a pleasure to accompany Beatrice on her way. The first cultural exchange in Kampala 2022 was already successful.

Andreas Dolderer’s motivation:

My desire is to help talented young women, who have grown up underprivileged, to obtain a university degree. I am convinced that this support within an organization that takes ethical values as a basis – the latter is given in the UECD project – promotes a professional and personal education that enables the university graduates to pass on essential things to society with their acquired education and to apply themselves accordingly.
